Reduce wrinkles with AHA.

The symbiosis of nanodermabrasion, chemical peeling, and nanoneedling, create an efficient, but gentle exfoliation treatment for sensitive, dry, and aging skin. The skin’s denaturation of proteins removes the outer horny layer of the epidermis and skin adhesions, renews skin cells, and improves the skin’s structure. The collagen network is stimulated and reduces small lines and wrinkles. The lactic acid also has hydrating properties that stabilize the skin’s natural protective acid layer. In eight, simple steps, our step-by-step Matrixpeel™, exfoliates and revitalizes your skin with organic alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), creating a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

Reduce wrinkles with AHA fruit acid.

Here is your treatment plan.

In eight, simple steps, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and unleash the self-healing power of your skin. With the right acid peel and aftercare, Matrixpeel™ offers you personalized treatment that is as unique as you.

Start: Preparation

The treatment must be performed in a dry, clean, smoke-free, and hygienic area. Ensure there is adequate lighting in the room where the treatment will be performed. Before the treatment begins, ensure that all products and equipment are available and that all safety measures and procedures are met.

All exfoliations should be terminated three weeks prior to the Matrixpeel™ treatment. All harsh or aggressive products should be terminated five days prior to the Matrixpeel™ treatment. Do not shave or remove hair 24 hours before the Matrixpeel™ treatment.

1 Foam Cleansing

Start with clean skin. Our Essentials Solution Cleanser thoroughly and gently removes dirt, sebum, and make-up residue from your skin. Our cleansers are formulated to strengthen the skin barrier and the skin's natural protective function prior to treatment.

How to: Place two pumps of Essentials Solution Cleanser on fingertips and combine with lukewarm water. Gently massage the cleansing foam on the face and remove the excess foam with a damp, facial cleansing sponge or water.

Degreasing

Remove sebum and built-up dead skin cells. Our Degreaser thoroughly cleanses and disinfects the skin before the chemical peel is applied.

How to: Place a small amount on a cotton pad and evenly distribute. Leave on for 2 to 3 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly.

3 Nanodermabrasion

Prior to the lactic acid peel, there is a nanoneedling treatment that removes dead skin cells, callusus, and any remaining bumps. The subsequent peel is less irritable and provides uniform exfoliation.

How to: Set the NeedlingPen to the highest power level, and the needle module to the desired length (follow device instructions). Do not move the NeedlingPen in circular motions. Instead, move the NeedlingPen in a straight line twice over each area of skin. Cleanse the area with the Facial Cleansing Sponge and ample water

4 Acid Peel

Just Exfoliate. Our Lactic acid peeling is great for cell renewal and reducing visible signs of aging.

How to: Cover eyes with a cotton pad and protect sensitive areas with Vaseline. Remove the lactic acid with a disposable syringe and safely dispose of the cannula. Evenly apply the acid peel to the skin area and spread with the Chemical Peel Brush. To increase the effectiveness and further penetrate the acid peel, move the NeedlingPen over the acid peel in circular motions. Additional layers of the acid peel can be applied (if needed), but do so before the previous layer dries. Do not apply more than 5 layers. Observe exposure times.

5 Neutralization

Stop It! Our neutralizing solution regulates the pH value of your skin after the acid peel and immediately stops the chemical action of the peeling process and prevents overpeel.

How to: Remove excess lactic acid with a cotton pad. Apply Neutralizer Post-Peel Solution. Leave on for 2 to 4 minutes, then remove with ample water.

Calming

Relax and calm down. Relax and calm down. The Calming Face Mask soothes, cools, and regenerates your skin after peeling. Redness, irritation, and dryness are immediately reduced.

How to: Remove the mask from the packaging and remove both protective films. Apply the mask to the face and evenly distribute the excess with a brush and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove mask and gently massage in the excess serum.

Repair

SOS: The Repair Cream has a calming effect on stressed skin and restores your skin's pH value. It repairs the skin’s barrier, regulates its pH value, and provides an intensively nourishing effect.

How to: Open the individually wrapped sachet and gently massage into the skin in circular motions. Allow to fully absorb, do not rinse.

Protect

Following your treatment, your skin is highly sensitive. Protect your skin from UV radiation and minimize the risk and complications of unwanted effects. Our UV protection cream is free from all nanoparticles.

How to: Spray the cream to the desired skin area and massage into the skin in circular motions. Allow the cream to absorb into the skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Matrixpeel™ is our step-by-step, exfoliation treatment that follows a series of sequential steps: nanodermabrasion, chemical peeling, and nanoneedling, which exfoliate your skin to support skin renewal and improve its structure. In contrast to conventional acid peels, our unique exfoliation process allows you to benefit from a more uniform exfoliation and a deeper absorption of the chemical peel’s active ingredients. Our process allows you to personalize your treatment to target your specific skin indications and concerns and ensures that you receive the best treatment results.

Our lactic acid peel rejuvenates your complexion in two steps that fight against wrinkles and other signs of aging.

Ablative effects: Following the exfoliation, i.e., the removal of the outer horny layer of the epidermis, fine lines and wrinkles appear less visible. These can measure up to 0.3 mm deep. The ablative results alone make your skin appear more youthful and refreshed.

Regenerative effects: The main goal of the fruit acid peel is to support skin cell renewal through wound healing. Once the outermost layers of skin are exfoliated, the new skin cells are regenerated, making for a smoother complexion. The collagen induction therapy creates microscopic wounds to the skin that initiates a self-healing process and stimulates the body’s own natural growth factors of cell renewal and collagen production.

Various factors influence the depth of the fruit acid peel. These factors include: the type of acid, its concentration and pH level, skin type, the exposure time, and the number of layers applied. The Lactic 30% with a pH value of 3.0-3.5 can be applied for a level 1 and a level 2 peeling.

Level 1:
Minimal peeling
Very Superficial (stratum corneum)
1 to 2 layers
Exposure time: Less than 5 minutes

Level 2:
Moderate Peeling
Superficial (epidermal)
2 to 4 layers
Exposure time: 5 to 10 minutes

This depends on how the acid peel is applied and the various factors mentioned above. An acid peel will remove everything from the outer stratum corneum (level 1) to the epidermal skin layer (level 2). For a level 2 peeling, the stratum corneum is removed immediately and will not continue to peel afterwards.
Erythema is a dermatologist term for abnormal redness or inflammation of the skin, which occurs after an acid peel treatment. It has a significant influence on the downtime after treatment. The results of an acid peel can be classified as “low” to “light”.
Frosting occurs when an acid peel breaks down the epidermal or dermal proteins and leaves remnants of salt crystal residue that look like white spots on the surface of the skin. The acid peel creates a controlled keratocoagulation of the skin epidermal and dermal proteins and serves as a visual element for the practitioner to determine if the acid has reached a specific skin layer. Once this is determined, the acid peel is then neutralized and removed. Frosting occurs with medium and deep acid peels. A lactic peel only affects the epidermal layer and will have no frosting effect.
If an adverse or unwanted skin reaction occurs or the client feels unwell, it is imperative to terminate the treatment immediately and follow the treatment guidelines. The neutralizer is immediately applied, which is a post-peel solution that stops the peeling in a controlled method. This is mandatory to prevent over-peeling and unwanted side effects, such as hyperpigmentation, chemical burns, or scarring.
You will feel confident again after one day to two days at the very most. Use sufficient sun protection.

Immediately after applying the peeling, your client may experience slight redness and a burning sensation. If your client finds this feeling unbearable, remove the peeling according to the guidelines before the specified exposure time.

Possible side effects include temporary skin redness (erythema), peeling and crusting, a change in skin texture and slow healing. Bacterial or viral infections may occur. In exceptional cases, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation may occur. All side effects can be effectively prevented with the right aftercare (Photo Protector).
