Delivery information

Items from our range are dispatched in Germany and to many locations within the EU via DHL Parcel. Delivery to parcel collection points, post offices or parcel shops is possible, provided the recipient service is available locally. The delivery time is specified for each item. If you consent to your data being shared with DHL, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

If dispatch via DHL Parcel is not possible at your destination (e.g. outside the EU or in regions without DHL infrastructure), we will automatically select a suitable alternative to ensure reliable delivery.

Shipping costs overview

The following overview shows the flat-rate delivery charges for orders placed via our online shop. These charges apply per order – regardless of the number of parcels or their weight (up to a maximum of 10 kg).
