Bye bye scars.

The symbiosis of collagen induction therapy, hydrolysed elastin and plant extracts enables efficient treatment of all types of atrophic scars, such as acne scars, burn scars, surgical scars, stretch marks and stretch marks. These develop as fibre-rich fibrosis as the final stage of wound healing and are characterised by sunken scar tissue, destruction of the collagen network, torn collagen fibres or a rapid change in the volume of the skin. In eight steps, the systemic Matrixneedling™ protocol enables reconstruction of the collagen network and significantly reduces the severity of the scars.

Smooth skin through Microneedling.

Here is your Treatment plan.

Reduce the depth of scars and unleash your skin's self-healing power with the Matrixneedling™ protocol in eight simple steps.

Start: Preparation

The treatment must take place in a dry, clean, smoke-free room under perfect hygienic conditions. Ensure adequate lighting. In particular, the applicable requirements for the design of workplaces and the materials to be used must be met. Before the treatment, make sure that you have all the necessary products to hand.

1 Cleansing

Ensure clear skin. Our Cleanser is a ready-to-use cleansing foam that gently yet thoroughly removes sebum, Make-up and skin impurities from scarred skin before treatment - without putting additional strain on the sensitive skin barrier. The nourishing formulation specifically supports the skin's natural protective function in the preparation phase for scar treatments.

How to: Apply 1-2 pumps of the foam directly to dry or slightly damp skin, massage in gently and then remove with water or a Cleansing sponge.

2 Peeling

Remove dead skin cells. Our enzymatic Peeling based on encapsulated fruit extracts and bromelain gently removes dead skin cells, clarifies the skin texture and paves the way for rapid skin renewal after treatment. Active ingredients can be applied more homogeneously and barrier-free.

How to: Pour a hazelnut-sized amount into the Peel Bowl and spread over the skin area using the Chemical Peel Brush. Leave on for between 5 and 10 minutes. Then rinse off thoroughly.

To the Peeling

3 Serum

Boost Your Treatment. To treat scarred skin, choose the Stretch & Scar Reversal Serum.

How to: A blunt cannula and a syringe are required to remove the Serum. Attach the cannula to the syringe and remove the protective cap from the cannula. Now remove the protective cap from the Serum and insert the cannula through the septum. You can now draw up the syringe very easily. The Serum is then applied to the treatment area.

4 Needling

Unleash The Power. Choose between Dermaroller and NeedlingPen. The Dermaroller allows large areas of skin to be treated efficiently, while the NeedlingPen enables efficient treatment of smaller areas of skin. Both variants promote elastin and collagen induction and allow the active ingredient to be applied to the desired skin depth

How to: Depending on various factors, perforate each skin area between 4 and 8 times. Select a needle length between 1.0 mm and 1.5 mm.

5 Hydration

3-in-1: Hydration Body Mask intensively hydrates the skin, supports the regeneration process and stimulates the body's own elastin and collagen production. Redness, irritation and feelings of dryness are immediately reduced. Various masks available for face or body.

How to: Remove the mask from the packaging and remove both protective films. Apply, brush on with the brush and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and gently massage in any excess Serum

6 Repair

SOS: Repair Balm strengthens the weakened skin barrier, restores the skin's balance and seals the Serum mask. It also has a pH-regulating, intensively nourishing, repairing and restorative effect.

How to: Tear open the individually wrapped sachet and gently massage in Creme with circular movements . Leave on, do not rinse off.

7 Protect

UV Defence: Protects the skin from UV radiation at the end of the treatment. It is based on proven UVB and UVA filters, as well as nourishing ingredients for skin stabilisation. Also a must for body scars in summer when the treated skin is exposed to the sun through shorts. Free from nanoparticles.

How to: Creme Spray onto the treated skin area and leave to work.

8 Daily Care

Boost Your Results: The Enhancing Creme Stretch & Scar Solution is a supportive day care between the Microneedling treatments to improve the results of the treatment.

How to: Take a small amount of every morning and evening for at least two weeks and apply to the affected skin area.

Frequently asked questions

Matrixneedling™ is like Microneedling, only better. It is a consecutive, minimally invasive and fully indication-specific therapy for the reconstruction of the collagen network and percutaneous drug delivery and systemic distribution. By temporarily perforating the skin with sterile needles and the resulting physical trauma, the therapy induces a wound healing cascade with minimal damage to epidermal integrity. This self-healing process leads to the reorganisation of collagen fibres and the release of growth factors that stimulate the formation of new collagen, elastin and capillaries. At the same time, Matrixneedling™ utilises the increased permeability of the skin to deliver highly potent therapeutic molecules that act directly and immediately in the intended structures of the cutis.
There is a simple reason why conventional cosmetics can only have a very limited effect against scars and acne scars. Weighing around four kilograms and covering an area of up to two square metres, the outer skin is the largest human organ. It consists of three layers: the hypodermis, the dermis and the epidermis. The brick-like horny layer of the epidermis is the first and most important barrier against the hostile outside world. In order for active ingredients from conventional cosmetics to penetrate into the deeper, scar-relevant layers of the underlying dermis or hypodermis, they must first overcome this hurdle. Empirical studies show that even the most expensive creams are not able to reconstruct the collagen network in the depths of the dermis. An improvement of scarred skin through topical application of conventional cosmetics cannot be measurably proven in any independent study. Even novel cosmetics with a modified molecular structure or added artificial penetrators from the laboratory are not able to penetrate deep into the skin to achieve measurable success.
Microneedling does not recognise these problems. The therapy reaches every layer of skin with its up to 2.5 mm in order to stimulate the body to produce essential collagen and elastin. Only deep in the skin can these tightening and growth factors really have an effect against sagging scar tissue and its visible signs. At the same time, Matrixneedling™ utilises the increased permeability of the skin to deliver highly potent therapeutic molecules that act directly and immediately in the intended structures of the cutis. Highly concentrated active ingredients in pure form can therefore be delivered precisely and safely to the area of action without making them permeable through artificial additives. This makes Microneedling the most effective Treatment in modern aesthetics.
Matrixneedling™ is able to treat all types of athrophic (sunken) scars with pinpoint accuracy. These include, among others:

  • Acne scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Stretch marks
  • Surgical scars
  • Burn scars
Both Dermaroller and needling pens can be used to treat scars with Microneedling. For large scars, Dermaroller is preferable as it can perforate large areas quickly and efficiently.
Scars are usually treated with a needle depth from 1.0 mm. The more severe the scar, the longer the needles need to be used. It is always advisable to start the initial treatment with a shallower needle depth to ensure that your skin accepts the treatment well and to minimise the risk of irritation.
The downtime for a treatment with 1.0 mm is approximately 2 to 3 days. For treatments with deeper perforations, redness may be visible for up to 3 days. Our face and body masks for post-treatment and our Repair Balm significantly reduce this downtime
The treatment of scar tissue by Microneedling requires complex changes in the depth of the dermis. The first positive effects can already be seen after the third treatment. The stimulation of the production of the body's own collagen and elastin starts after the first treatment. Processes to reconstruct the collagen network also begin, which require more time but also have a long-term effect. You will notice a better complexion after each treatment. Eight treatments are ideal for the regression of scars and acne scars. The interval between treatments is one month. The result can then be refreshed with a quarterly or six-monthly treatment
For certain groups of people, Microneedling treatment with Dermaroller is out of the question. Treatment must not be given to people

  • who suffer from allergies, epilepsy, infections or autoimmune diseases, infections of the respiratory tract, the cardiovascular system or the skin area to be treated.
  • who suffer from diseases or are being treated with medication that alters the normal re-epithelialisation of the skin (e.g. diabetes, Mediterranean anaemia, etc.).
  • undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or high-dose corticosteroid therapy. with visible oedema and bruising in the area to be treated.
  • with pronounced ptosis (sagging) of the skin or pustular skin lesions.
  • with systemic infections and viral diseases (e.g. hepatitis A, B, C, D, E or F, HIV infection) or acute local skin infections (e.g. herpes, rosacea, acne, couperose, herpes, wounds, rashes or eczema).
  • who are taking blood-thinning medication or suffer from blood clotting disorders.
  • with scar keloids, warts or nerve damage on the skin area to be treated.
  • under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent.
There are also groups of people who should avoid treatment for reasons of preventive safety. These include people
  • during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • with mental illness and/or mental disorders
  • who have received Botox treatment or hyaluronic acid injections in the last 3 weeks
Thanks to the high-quality nature of our needles, the treatment is much less painful than you might think. Studies from 2012 showed that 80 % of users still perceive treatment with a needle length of less than 0.75 mm as less painful, while 20 % stated that they found the treatment increasingly unpleasant from exactly this needle length .

Individual pain perception therefore plays a significant role. From a needle depth of 0.75 mm, the use of a local anaesthetic (e.g. Emla) may therefore be advisable, depending on the pain perception of the person being treated. To do this, apply Creme to the facial skin after Peeling and leave to work for approx. 30 minutes. Cover the anaesthetised skin area with an airtight and waterproof cover, e.g. with an occlusive dressing or simple cling film. Be sure to read and follow the anaesthetic cream package insert.
