The Stretch & Scar Reversal is a sterile, highly concentrated Microneedling- Serum for the regression of scarred skin tissue, atrophic scars, acne scars and stretch marks. It was designed to be introduced transdermally into the skin via NeedlingPen or Dermaroller and to support the stimulation of collagen, growth factors, elastic fibres, fibroblasts and hyaluronic acid. These tightening factors are responsible for the smoothness, firmness and beauty of the skin and ensure a lasting deep repair of scarred skin tissue. It increases the elasticity and resilience of the skin and evens out different skin tones, while at the same time helping to quickly reduce any scarring pain.

The tiny injuries caused by the Microneedling treatment, the hydrolysed elastin and the extracted, sterile filtered plant extracts activate the otherwise biologically almost inactive fibrocytes, segment themselves into fibroblasts and are now able to form the necessary components of the scar tissue. As a result, scar troughs can be filled, the skin is smoothed and lighter scars regain their natural colour.

Researchers at the pharmacology department of the University Hospital in Barcelona demonstrated an improvement in the skin appearance of scarred tissue in 89% of test subjects compared to the placebo group.

3 Serum

A blunt cannula and a syringe are required to remove the serum. Attach the cannula to the syringe and remove the protective cap from the cannula. Now remove the protective cap from the serum and insert the cannula through the septum. You can now draw up the syringe very easily. Then apply the Serum to the treatment area to work it in with the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller

INCIs

Gotu Kola (also known as Centella asiatice) is a plant extract with a long tradition. In extracted and sterile filtered form, it has a positive effect on wound healing and supports collagen formation. The most important isolated components are triterpenoid saponins, known as centelloids. The centelloids include centelloside, asiatic acid, madecassic acid and asiaticoside. They have been extensively studied for their effect on the skin. It has been clinically shown that Centella asiatica extract reduces transepidermal water loss, has an anti-inflammatory effect and increases collagen production.

Hydrolysed elastin is broken down into individual amino acids through the hydrolysis process. It plays a crucial role in scar care as it moisturises the skin and, together with stimulated collagen, is able to fill scar troughs and smooth the skin's appearance. When applied externally, however, elastin cannot penetrate into the deeper layers of the skin to develop its effect due to its molecular structure. It is therefore much more difficult to stimulate the regeneration of elastin. Matrixneedling™ enables us to introduce the active ingredient into the extracellular matrix (skin area between the epidermis and dermis).

Tepezcohuite bark extract (Mimosa Tenuiflora Bark Extract) is particularly rich in tannins, phytosterols, bioflavonoids, saponins, lipids and alkaloids. Minerals - such as zinc, manganese and magnesium - improve cell metabolism, the oxygen transport capacity of the cells and DNA synthesis. This combination enables empirically proven positive effects on the skin's repair processes and scar regression. The skin is tightened and hydrated, collagen production and wound healing are promoted.

Panthenol is also known as provitamin B5 or dexpanthenol. The healing effect of panthenol has been clinically researched and proven. It keeps scar tissue supple and elastic, has a moisturising effect and promotes rapid regeneration and renewal of the skin. As a result, panthenol significantly improves the external appearance of scars and makes the skin appear smoother.
