The Exosome Booster is a sterile, highly concentrated Microneedling- Serum to improve cell communication and significantly improve skin texture, tone and overall skin health. It was developed for the transepidermal introduction of heterologous Exosome through the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller. By reactivating inactive skin cells, it stimulates the body's own elastin and collagen production, repairs damaged skin, restores elasticity and intensively moisturises. As powerful stem cell derivatives, they help to target wrinkles, pigmentation marks and scars.
Exosome are nano-sized extracellular vesicles that contain various lipids, proteins, amino acids, Peptide, growth factors and genetic material. By releasing bioactive cell components, they are able to regulate cell growth and defence and to reactivate inactive skin cells by acting as a signal transmitter. This makes them a promising material for biomedical and cosmetic use and they are often referred to as the body's cellular messengers to promote regeneration and healing.
It is important to note that not all products containing Exosome are equally effective. The quality of Exosome, its concentration and the composition of the entire product play an important role in its effectiveness in combination with Microneedling therapy. We use heterologous, highly stable Exosome with particularly high purity, which are isolated by ultracentrifugation from plant extracts of cornflower and zenith film. We combine these properties with polynucleotides to maximise their effectiveness. Thanks to its perfect viscosity, Exosome Booster is ideal as a gentle lubricating film between the Microneedling device and the skin, which is why the treatment is much more pleasant for both the user and the person being treated.

The isolated exosomes of cornflower are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory factors that help protect skin cells from damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation and other external factors. Through intercellular transmission, they can modulate immune responses, for example, alleviating inflammation and accelerating tissue healing.
Isolated exosomes of the pink centifolia contain important cell signalling molecules and growth factors that stimulate regeneration processes and the proliferation of skin cells. They activate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, key proteins that are responsible for the elasticity and firmness of the skin and help to reduce signs of ageing
Oligohyaluronic acid is a very short-chain hyaluronic acid with a molecular mass of 3 kilodaltons (kD) and smaller. It is considered the most noble variant, as its short-chain molecular structure allows it to penetrate deep into the skin and, thanks to transdermal absorption, contributes to particularly deep moisturisation. It is stored long-term in the skin's connective tissue and helps to repair damaged cells.

To achieve a perfect symbiosis of short-term and long-term effects, we use high-molecular HA (≥ 1500 kD), low-molecular HA (≤50 kD) and oligohyaluronic acid (≤3 kD) with an extremely small molecular mass. Hyaluron has the ability to bind large amounts of water and plump up the skin. The combination of long and short-chain hyaluronic acids can moisturise both the superficial epidermis and deep layers of the skin.
A true all-rounder, caprylyl glycol, which is naturally derived from coconut oil, enables us to eliminate classic preservatives such as parabens, formaldehyde, bad alcohols and organohalogen compounds from the formulation. It moisturises the skin, extends the shelf life and stability of the product thanks to its antimicrobial properties and also helps to emulsify it.
