What is Plasmatrix™?

Plasmatrix™ is a consecutive, minimally invasive and autologous therapy for the reconstruction of the collagen network and the percutaneous delivery of drug-enriched and platelet-rich plasma. Through the temporary perforation of the skin with sterile needles and the resulting physical trauma, the therapy induces a wound healing cascade with minimal damage to the epidermal integrity. This self-healing process leads to the reorganisation of collagen fibres and the release of growth factors that stimulate the formation of new collagen, elastin and capillaries.
At the same time, Plasmatrix™ utilises the increased permeability of the skin through the Needling to release platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is collected in a closed system and processed together with potent active ingredients. The plasma component contains stem cells, Growth rich platelets and indication-related active ingredients, such as Hyaluron, amino acids and hormones, which are introduced directly into the intended structures of the cutis. There it also accelerates the body's natural collagen and elastin production and thus ensures general skin rejuvenation and volume production. The treatment thus forms the perfect symbiosis of collagen induction therapy, the regenerative abilities of platelet-rich plasma and potent active ingredients for an effective and low-risk result.

1 Cleansing
Ensure clear skin. Gently yet thoroughly cleanses the skin of dead skin cells, sebum, Make-Up and skin impurities before treatment.
2 Peeling
Remove old residues. The Scalar Peel reliably dissolves skin flakes and leaves no frosting effect
3 Blood Collection
All Plasmatrix™ tubes for the preparation of enriched PRP are designed as practical negative pressure tubes, which means that no decanting of the blood sample is necessary. For more content and fewer additives, these tubes dispense with separating gel and citrate. Instead, the addition of anticoagulants (sodium heparin) is mandatory with the PRP method. This makes the yield more efficient, as 1 ml more content can be obtained per tube. The vacuum PRP tubes enable the preparation of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in combination with already integrated active ingredients in one system.
4 Centrifugation
Centrifugation with low force (RCF), under 1000 G-force or RCF for 5 minutes.
5 PRP Needling
Deep Needling with PRP and PPP. Promotes elastin and collagen induction and enables PRP to be applied to the desired skin depth.
6 Recovery
Trauma without drama. Enables intensive hydration of the skin, supports the regeneration process and stimulates the body's own elastin and collagen production. Redness, irritation, micro-tears and feelings of dryness are immediately reduced.
7 UV Protect
No side effects. Our Vector Protect Creme is an intensive UV-protecting, repairing, low-viscosity and very quickly absorbed emulsion. It has been specially developed to protect sensitive areas of skin with damaged epidermal integrity from sun exposure, provide intensive care and promote the healing process of the skin barrier.
8 Daily Care
Care afterwards. Effective patient protocol for at home. The Plasmabooster Enhancing Cream is a supportive day care between the PRP treatments to improve the results of the treatment. The base Creme is mixed with the patient's own blood plasma to create an extremely effective Anti-Aging treatment.
