Reduziere deine Faltentiefe und entfessele die Selbstheilungskraft deiner Haut mit dem Matrixneedling™-Protokoll in acht einfachen Schritten.

Start: Vorbereitung

 

Die Behandlung muss in einem trockenen, sauberen, rauchfreien Raum unter einwandfreien hygienischen Bedingungen stattfinden. Stelle eine angemessene Beleuchtung sicher. Insbesondere sind die geltenden Anforderungen an die Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und an die zu verwendenden Materialien zu erfüllen. Vergewissere dich vor der Behandlung, dass du alle benötigten Produkte parat hast.

 

1 Cleansing

 

Sorge für klare Verhältnisse. Unser Cleanser reinigt die Haut vor der Behandlung schonend, aber dennoch sehr gründlich von Talg, Make-Up und Hautunreinheiten. Formuliert, um die Hautbarriere und die natürliche Schutzfunktion der Haut vor der Behandlung zu stärken.

How to: Kleine Menge Cleanser entnehmen und mit etwas lauwarmen Wasser vermengen. Schaum sanft einmassieren und anschließend mit einem Facial Cleansing Sponge oder Wasser abnehmen.

2 Peeling

 

Entferne Altlasten. Unser enzymatisches Peeling auf Basis von verkapselten Fruchtextrakten und Bromelain entfernt abgestorbene Hautschuppen sanft, klärt die Hauttextur und stellt die Weichen für eine zügige Hauterneuerung nach der Behandlung. Wirkstoffe können homogener und barrierefrei appliziert werden.

How to: Haselnussgroße Menge in die Peel Bowl geben und mit der Chemical Peel Brush auf dem Hautareal verteilen. Zwischen 5 bis 10 Minuten einwirken lassen. Anschließend gründlich abspülen.

3 Serum

 

Boost Your Treatment. Zur Erstbehandlung gegen Falten wählst du den Hyaluron Booster, für Folgebehandlungen das Ant-Aging Intense Serum.

How to:  Zur Entnahme des Serum ist eine stumpfe Kanüle und eine Spritze notwendig. Die Kanüle wird auf die Spritze gesteckt und die Schutzkappe der Kanüle entfernt. Entferne nun den Schutzdeckel des Serum und steche mit der Kanüle durch das Septum. Nun kannst du die Spritze sehr leicht aufziehen. Anschließend wird das Serum auf dem Behandlungsbereich appliziert.

4 Needling

 

Unleash The Power. Auswahl zwischen Dermaroller und NeedlingPen. Mit dem Dermaroller lassen sich große Hautareale effizient behandeln, der NeedlingPen ermöglicht eine effiziente Behandlung bei kleineren Hautarealen. Beide Varianten fördern die Elastin- und Kollageninduktion und ermöglichen die Einbringung des Wirkstoffes in die gewünschte Hauttiefe.

How to:  In Abhängigkeit verschiedener Faktoren jede Hautstelle zwischen 4 bis 8 mal perforieren. Nadellänge in Abhängigkeit des Schweregrads der Falten auswählen.

5 Hydration

 

3-in-1: Die Hydration Face Mask ermöglicht eine intensive Hydratisierung der Haut, unterstützt den Regenerationsprozess und stimuliert die körpereigene Elastin- und Kollagenproduktion. Rötungen, Irritationen und Trockenheitsgefühl werden sofort gemindert. 

How to:  Maske der Verpackung entnehmen und beide Schutzfolien entfernen. Auflegen, mit dem Pinsel anstreichen und 10 bis 15 Minuten einwirken lassen. Abnehmen und überschüssiges Serum sanft einmassieren

6 Repair

 

SOS: Der Repair Balm stärkt die geschwächte Hautbarriere, führt die Hautbalance zurück ins Gleichgewicht und versiegelt das Serum der Maske. Er wirkt zudem pH-Wert-regulierend, intensiv pflegend, reparierend und aufbauend.

How to:  Einzeln verpacktes Sachet aufreißen und Creme mit kreisenden Bewegungen sanft einmassieren. Einwirken lassen, nicht abspülen.

Matrixneedling™ is like Microneedling, only better. It is a consecutive, minimally invasive and fully indication-specific therapy for the reconstruction of the collagen network and percutaneous drug delivery and systemic distribution. By temporarily perforating the skin with sterile needles and the resulting physical trauma, the therapy induces a wound healing cascade with minimal damage to epidermal integrity. This self-healing process leads to the reorganisation of collagen fibres and the release of growth factors that stimulate the formation of new collagen, elastin and capillaries. At the same time, Matrixneedling™ utilises the increased permeability of the skin to deliver highly potent therapeutic molecules that act directly and immediately in the intended structures of the cutis.
There is a simple reason why conventional cosmetics can only have a very limited effect against wrinkles: weighing around four kilograms and covering an area of up to two square metres, the outer skin is the largest human organ. It consists of three layers: the hypodermis, the dermis and the epidermis. The brick-like horny layer of the epidermis is the first and most important barrier against the hostile outside world. In order for active ingredients from conventional cosmetics to penetrate into the deeper, wrinkle-relevant layers of the underlying dermis or hypodermis, they must first overcome this hurdle. Empirical studies show that wrinkles can leave 0.3 mm deep trenches in the skin structure. Even the most expensive creams are only able to even out these wrinkles to a maximum of one thirtieth, which corresponds to around 0.01 mm. No independent study has been able to provide measurable evidence of skin rejuvenation or regeneration. Even innovative cosmetics with a modified molecular structure or added artificial penetrators from the laboratory are not able to penetrate deep into the skin to achieve measurable results.
Microneedling does not recognise these problems. The therapy reaches every layer of skin with its up to 2.5 mm in order to stimulate the body to produce essential collagen and elastin. It is only deep within the skin that these firming and growth factors can really have an effect against the increasing ageing of the skin and its visible signs. Matrixneedling™ also utilises the increased permeability of the skin to deliver highly potent therapeutic molecules that act directly and immediately in the intended structures of the cutis. Highly concentrated active ingredients in pure form can thus be delivered precisely and safely to the area of action without making them permeable through artificial additives. This makes Microneedling the most effective Treatment in modern aesthetics.
Matrixneedling™ is able to treat all types of intrinsic and extrinsic skin ageing with pinpoint accuracy. These include, among others:

  • General skin ageing
  • Mimic wrinkles: Forehead wrinkles, frown lines
  • Perioral wrinkles: Corner of the mouth, marionette lines, nasolabial folds
  • Periorbital wrinkles: Eye wrinkles, crow's feet, bags under the eyes
  • Body wrinkles: Décolleté, back of hands, upper arms
We offer both Dermaroller and electric needling pens for the treatment of wrinkles. All devices are ideally suited for the treatment of wrinkles.
Wrinkles are usually treated with a needle depth of between 0.5 mm and a maximum of 1.5 mm. It is always advisable to start the initial treatment with a shallower needle depth to ensure that your skin accepts the treatment well and to minimise the risk of irritation.
The downtime for a treatment with 0.5 mm is a few hours. For treatments with deeper perforations, redness can be visible for up to 3 days. Our post-treatment face masks and our Repair Balm significantly reduce this downtime.
The first positive effects can already be seen after the first treatment. Your complexion immediately appears revitalised, fresher and more voluminous. A very pleasant skin feeling is noticeable. Subsequently, processes begin to reconstruct the collagen network, which require more time but also have a long-term effect. You will notice a better complexion after each treatment. Between 6 and 8 treatments are optimal for the regression of wrinkles. The interval between treatments depends on the needle length used. The result can then be refreshed with a quarterly or six-monthly treatment
For certain groups of people, Microneedling treatment with Dermaroller is out of the question. Treatment must not be given to people
  • who suffer from allergies, epilepsy, infections or autoimmune diseases, infections of the respiratory tract, the cardiovascular system or the skin area to be treated.
  • who suffer from diseases or are being treated with medication that alters the normal re-epithelialisation of the skin (e.g. diabetes, Mediterranean anaemia, etc.).
  • undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy or high-dose corticosteroid therapy. with visible oedema and bruising in the area to be treated.
  • with pronounced ptosis (sagging) of the skin or pustular skin lesions.
  • with systemic infections and viral diseases (e.g. hepatitis A, B, C, D, E or F, HIV infection) or acute local skin infections (e.g. herpes, rosacea, acne, couperose, herpes, wounds, rashes or eczema).
  • who are taking blood-thinning medication or suffer from blood clotting disorders.
  • with scar keloids, warts or nerve damage on the skin area to be treated.
  • under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent.
There are also groups of people who should avoid treatment for reasons of preventive safety. These include people
  • during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • with mental illness and/or mental disorders
  • who have received Botox treatment or hyaluronic acid injections in the last 3 weeks
Thanks to the high-quality nature of our needles, the treatment is much less painful than you might think. Studies from 2012 showed that 80 % of users still perceive treatment with a needle length of less than 0.75 mm as less painful, while 20 % stated that they found the treatment increasingly unpleasant from exactly this needle length. Individual pain perception therefore plays a significant role. From a needle depth of 0.75 mm, the use of a local anaesthetic (e.g. Emla) may therefore be advisable, depending on the pain perception of the person being treated. To do this, apply Creme to the facial skin after Peeling and leave to work for approx. 30 minutes. Cover the anaesthetised skin area with an airtight and waterproof cover, e.g. with an occlusive dressing or simple cling film. Be sure to read and follow the anaesthetic cream package insert.
