Miconeedling- Gel of the latest generation - highly concentrated, hygienic and perfect to use. The Hyaluron Gel 60 mg is a viscous, sterile Microneedling- Gel in a ready-to-use syringe for revitalising and hydrating the skin. Due to its viscosity of approx. 300 cPs, it is ideally suited as a gentle lubricating film between the Microneedling device and the skin, which is why the treatment is much more pleasant for both the user and the person being treated.

In its form as a pre-filled and ready-to-use dosing syringe, it fulfils the innovative requirements of our latest packaging generation. The Hyaluron Gel is designed as a three-part syringe with a large grip plate, easy-to-read graduation, centred Luer attachment and plunger stopper with double sealing ring. The inconvenient removal of Serum from ampoules is no longer necessary, the Hyaluron Gel is ready for immediate use. It combines the highest safety and hygiene requirements thanks to the single-use concept, cover cap and sterile blister packaging. The Gel can be applied with pinpoint accuracy - without drips, gutters or wastage.

In the formulation, we use 60 mg stabilised hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin with a pH value of 7. In order to achieve a perfect symbiosis of short-term and long-term effects, we rely on high-molecular HA (≥ 1500 kD), low-molecular HA (≤50 kD) and oligohyaluronic acid (≤3 kD) with an extremely small molecular mass. The Hyaluron Gel nourishes the skin, intensively moisturises the treatment area, improves the skin's elasticity and reduces fine, superficial wrinkles. It also achieves excellent results in the treatment of scars, acne scars or stretch marks.

3 Serum

Open the blister at the designated and marked point. Unscrew the protective cap from the pre-filled syringe. The Gel can be applied to the treatment area with or without an additional cannula. We recommend the blunt cannula 0.8 x 22 mm for more precise dosing. Apply selectively and then work in with the NeedlingPen in circular movements. Perforate each skin area between 5 and 8 times.

High-molecular hyaluronic acid is long-chain hyaluronic acid with a molecular mass of 1500 kilodaltons (kD) or more. Due to its long-chain structure, high-molecular hyaluronic acid has difficulty penetrating into the deeper layers of the skin, but provides the superficial epidermis with moisture. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and quickly gives the skin more elasticity. For a short-term Glow kick.

Low-molecular hyaluronic acid is short-chain hyaluronic acid with a molecular mass of 50 kilodaltons (kD) and smaller. Due to its short-chain structure, low-molecular hyaluronic acid can penetrate deeper layers of the skin more easily and is stored there in the connective tissue. Here it can have a long-term effect against wrinkles, fine lines and scar lines. The skin appears significantly plumper and firmer.

Oligohyaluronic acid is a very short-chain hyaluronic acid with a molecular mass of 3 kilodaltons (kD) and smaller. It is considered the most noble variant, as its short-chain molecular structure allows it to penetrate deep into the skin and, thanks to transdermal absorption, contributes to particularly deep moisturisation. It is stored long-term in the skin's connective tissue and helps to repair damaged cells.
