The symbiosis of collagen induction therapy, the regenerative abilities of autologous platelet-rich plasma and highly concentrated melatonin, zinc and selenium enables efficient treatment of UV-related skin ageing and wrinkles, known as Photoaging. This is characterised by skin cell damage caused by free radicals and singlet oxygen, as well as loss of elasticity, tone and volume. Fine lines develop due to decreasing collagen and elastin in the skin. PRP treatment offers innovative cell protection against oxidative stress and free radicals to inhibit extrinsic skin ageing. At the same time, cell renewal is activated and the body's own collagen and elastin production is stimulated. Start: Preparation
The treatment must take place in a dry, clean, smoke-free room under perfect hygienic conditions. Ensure adequate lighting. In particular, the applicable requirements for the design of workplaces and the materials to be used must be met. Before the treatment, make sure that you have all the necessary products to hand.
1 Cleansing
Gentle cleansing without residue. The ready-to-use cleansing foam is the first step in the PRP treatment for photoaging. It thoroughly removes Make-up, sebum and environmental residues - without irritating the skin barrier - and optimally prepares the skin for the subsequent application of the platelet-rich plasma.
How to: Apply 1-2 pumps of the foam directly to dry or slightly damp skin, massage in gently and then remove with water or a Cleansing sponge.
2 Peeling
Remove dead skin cells. Our lactic acid-based Scalar Peel gently removes dead skin cells, clarifies the skin texture and paves the way for rapid skin renewal after treatment. Active ingredients can be applied more homogeneously and barrier-free.
How to: Pour a hazelnut-sized amount into the Peel Bowl and spread over the skin area using the Chemical Peel Brush. Leave on for between 5 and 10 minutes. Then rinse off thoroughly.
3 Collection
Boost Your Treatment. To treat Photoaging, choose the MZS Infused tubes. These are designed as practical vacuum tubes, which is why no decanting of the sample is necessary. For more content and fewer additives, these tubes dispense with separating gel and citrate. Instead, the addition of anticoagulants (sodium heparin) is mandatory with the PRP method.
How to: First spray the tube membranes with skin disinfectant, then add 18 units of heparin per tube. Withdraw using the safe negative pressure method with winged cannula 21G (0.8 mm x 19 mm) and disposable holder
4 Centrifugation
Follow the instructions for use and protocol of the medical centrifuge. Ensure symmetrical loading . According to study results, we centrifuge with low force (RCF), not to be confused with the revolution (RPM), which is merely a factor from the force formula. We centrifuge under 1000 G-Force or RCF for 5 minutes. After centrifugation, use a 3ml syringe/18G needle to remove 1.5 ml cell-rich plasma (PRP) from above the red blood cells. Discard the needle and spread PRP evenly over the face.
5 PRP Needling
Unleash The Power. deep Needling with medical NeedlingPen Medical Control and 9 needle module. Promotes elastin and collagen induction and enables the PRP to be applied to the desired skin depth. Depending on various factors, perforate each skin area between 6 and 8 times.
How to: Use a 9 needle module and select a needle length between 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm (periorbital area not over 0.5 mm). Set the highest power level on the device.
6 Recovery
The Recovery Face Mask enables intensive hydration of the skin, supports the regeneration process and stimulates the body's own elastin and collagen production. Redness, irritation, micro-tears and feelings of dryness are immediately reduced.
How to: Remove the mask from the packaging and remove both protective films. Apply, brush on and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the mask and gently massage in any excess Serum.
7 Protect
UV Defence: UV Defence: Protects the skin from UV radiation at the end of the treatment. It is based on proven UVB and UVA filters, as well as nourishing ingredients to stabilise the skin. Free from nanoparticles.
How to: Spray Creme onto the treated skin area and leave to work.
8 Daily Care
Boost Your Results: Effective patient protocol for use at home. The Plasmabooster Enhancing Cream is a supportive day care between the PRP treatments to improve the results of the treatment. The base Creme is mixed with your own plasma to create a highly effective Anti-Aging treatment. All the plasma from a PRP tube is mixed into the Creme. The growth factors are activated by skin cell receptors and can thus promote the regeneration and renewal of the skin.
How to: Take a small amount of every morning and evening for at least two weeks and apply to the affected skin area. Store in the refrigerator.
