The original D/A Dermaroller with a needle length of 0.75 mm enables a wide range of applications in microneedling treatment and percutaneous collagen induction therapy. A total of 192 real and individually spiked needles made of surgical stainless steel ensure precise perforation of the skin to significantly increase the absorption of active ingredients and stimulate the body's own production of growth factors such as elastin and collagen.
The 0.75 mm needle length version is optimal for the targeted treatment of all types of wrinkles, medium scars and stretch marks, acne scars, large pores, pigmentary disorders, as well as skin discoloration and age spots. Special types of wrinkles, such as forehead wrinkles, wrinkles at the corners of the mouth, marionette lines or nasolabial folds can be effectively treated with this needle length. The needle length is particularly popular because it is the extreme limit at which 80% of users do not yet find the treatment painful. Therefore, treatment without anesthetic cream is useful.
Our dermaroller is manufactured in a complex process using real stainless steel needles. These are extremely robust and have a diameter of only 0.18 mm. This allows the needles to penetrate the skin very easily and leave absolutely precise perforation channels.
