Salmon DNA is a sterile, highly concentrated Microneedling - Serum for skin rejuvenation, tissue regeneration and collagen stimulation, which is particularly effective, well-tolerated and regenerative due to its high biocompatibility. It is designed to be applied transdermally to the skin using the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller to increase moisture supply and stimulate collagen production. It promotes cellular regeneration of the skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, which leads to an improvement in skin structure, elasticity and moisture supply. This process helps to reduce wrinkles, improve scars and achieve a more radiant, even complexion.

We use highly pure polynucleotides (PDRN), which are extracted from salmon DNA in a complex process. To do this, salmon sperm is purified, removing all fats and proteins to produce a lubricating Gel that can be used for Microneedling and aesthetic medicine. The extraction of these polynucleotides is a decisive factor in determining product quality and biocompatibility, i.e. how closely the salmon DNA resembles human DNA in order to be absorbed by the body in the best possible way.

The process begins with isolation, in which immature sperm areas are extracted from the salmon sperm. These are ground and diluted with an artificial seminal fluid. The dilution is treated with special enzymes to separate the DNA from other components. A careful purification process, often referred to as High Purification Technology (PN-HPT ®), removes all proteins, fats and other impurities. This yields pure polynucleotides (PDRN), which consist of shorter DNA fragments. These are also known as "sodium DNA" and are not the sperm itself, but specific DNA components.

Thanks to its perfect viscosity, salmon DNA is ideal as a gentle lubricating film between the Microneedling device and the skin, making the treatment comfortable for both the user and the person being treated.

3 Serum

Use the cannula supplied with the product Set. The extraction cannula and syringe are required to extract the serum. Attach the cannula to the syringe and remove the protective cap from the cannula. Now remove the protective cap from the serum and pierce the septum with the cannula. You can now draw up the serum very easily with the syringe. Replace the extraction cannula with the curved, blunt application cannula. The Serum is then applied securely to the treatment area and worked in with the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller.

Salmon DNA Serum has a very high proportion of DNA fragments at 20,000 ppm to deliver the best possible results. To reduce the high viscosity of the gel and make it easier to remove from the ampoule without compromising its stability and effectiveness, the product should be warmed in a water bath or under the tap to an ideal temperature of 35–37 ºC. Under no circumstances should it be heated in a microwave or by any other means.

Sodium DNA from salmon, also known as polynucleotides (PDRN), is an effective ingredient extracted from salmon sperm and used in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. It is used for skin regeneration, moisturisation and rejuvenation, as polynucleotides stimulate cell regeneration and promote the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. These polynucleotides are particularly effective and well tolerated due to their high biocompatibility, as salmon DNA is very similar to human DNA.

Vitamin e is a very well-tolerated and stable e B3 derivative. It is particularly valuable for freshly perforated skin as it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing properties. A major advantage is that, unlike many substitute substances, it does not dry out or irritate the skin.
