Salmon DNA is a sterile, highly concentrated Microneedling - Serum designed for skin rejuvenation, tissue regeneration and collagen stimulation; thanks to its high biocompatibility, it is particularly effective, well-tolerated and regenerative. It has been formulated to be delivered transdermally into the skin using the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller, thereby increasing hydration and stimulating collagen production. It promotes cellular regeneration of the skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, leading to an improvement in skin structure, elasticity and hydration. This process helps to reduce wrinkles, improve the appearance of scars and achieve a more radiant, even complexion.

We use high-purity polynucleotides (PDRN), which are extracted from salmon DNA in a complex process. To achieve this, salmon sperm is purified, with fats and proteins completely removed, to produce a smooth-flowing Gel that can be used for Microneedling and aesthetic medicine. The extraction of these polynucleotides is a key factor in determining product quality and biocompatibility, i.e. how closely the salmon DNA resembles human DNA in order to be absorbed by the body as effectively as possible.

The process begins with an isolation step in which immature sperm cells are extracted from the salmon sperm. These are ground and diluted with an artificial seminal fluid. The dilution is treated with special enzymes to separate the DNA from other components. A meticulous purification process, often referred to as High Purification Technology (PN-HPT ®), removes all proteins, fats and other impurities. This yields pure polynucleotides (PDRN), which consist of shorter DNA fragments. These are also known as "sodium DNA" and are not the sperm themselves, but specific DNA components.

3 Serum

For administration, use the cannula Set supplied with the product. The withdrawal cannula and syringe are required to withdraw the serum. Attach the cannula to the syringe and remove the cannula’s protective cap. Now remove the serum’s protective cap and pierce the septum with the cannula. You can now draw up the serum very easily into the syringe. Replace the withdrawal cannula with the curved, blunt application cannula. The Serum is then applied securely to the treatment area and worked in using the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller.

Salmon DNA Serum contains a very high concentration of DNA fragments at 20,000 ppm to deliver the best possible results. To reduce the gel’s high viscosity and facilitate removal from the ampoule without compromising stability and effectiveness, the product should be warmed in a water bath or under running water to a temperature of ideally 35–37 ºC. Under no circumstances should it be heated in a microwave or by any other means.

Sodium DNA from salmon, also known as polynucleotides (PDRN), is an effective ingredient extracted from salmon sperm and used in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine. It is used for skin regeneration, moisturisation and rejuvenation, as polynucleotides stimulate cell regeneration and promote the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. These polynucleotides are particularly effective and well tolerated due to their high biocompatibility, as salmon DNA is very similar to human DNA.

Vitamin e is a highly tolerable and stable derivative of vitamin B3. It is particularly beneficial for freshly perforated skin, as it has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and soothing properties. A major advantage is that, unlike many alternative ingredients, it does not dry out or irritate the skin.
