Exosome Booster is a sterile, highly concentrated Microneedling - Serum designed to enhance cell communication and deliver significant improvements in skin texture, tone and overall skin health. It has been developed for the transepidermal delivery of heterologous Exosome via the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller. By reactivating dormant skin cells, it stimulates the body’s own elastin and collagen production, repairs damaged skin, restores elasticity and provides intensive hydration. As powerful stem cell derivatives, they help to target wrinkles, pigmentation spots and scars.

Exosome are nano-sized extracellular vesicles containing various lipids, proteins, amino acids, Peptide, growth factors and genetic material. By releasing bioactive cellular components, they are able to regulate cell growth and defence mechanisms, as well as act as signalling molecules to reactivate inactive skin cells. This makes them a promising material for biomedical and cosmetic applications, and they are often referred to as the body’s cellular messengers, promoting regeneration and healing.

It is important to note that not all products containing Exosome are equally effective. The quality of the Exosome, their concentration and the composition of the entire product play a key role in their efficacy when used in combination with Microneedling therapy. We use heterologous, highly stable Exosome of exceptionally high purity, which are isolated from plant extracts of cornflower and Zenitfolie using ultracentrifugation. To maximise effectiveness, we combine these properties with polynucleotides. Thanks to its ideal viscosity, Exosome Booster is perfectly suited as a gentle lubricating film between the Microneedling device and the skin, making the treatment significantly more comfortable for both the practitioner and the patient.

3 Serum

For administration, use the cannula Set supplied with the product. The withdrawal cannula and syringe are required to withdraw the serum. Attach the cannula to the syringe and remove the cannula’s protective cap. Now remove the serum’s protective cap and pierce the septum with the cannula. You can now draw up the serum into the syringe very easily. Replace the collection cannula with the curved, blunt application cannula. The Serum is then applied securely to the treatment area and worked in using the NeedlingPen or Dermaroller.

INCIs

The isolated exosomes from cornflowers are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory factors that help protect skin cells from damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation and other external factors. Through intercellular transfer, they can modulate immune responses, for example by reducing inflammation and accelerating tissue healing.

Isolated exosomes from Rosa centifolia contain important cellular signalling molecules and growth factors that stimulate regenerative processes and the proliferation of skin cells. They activate fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, key proteins responsible for the skin’s elasticity and firmness, thereby helping to reduce the signs of ageing.

Oligohyaluronic acid is a very short-chain hyaluronic acid with a molecular mass of 3 kilodaltons (kD) and smaller. It is considered the most noble variant, as its short-chain molecular structure allows it to penetrate deep into the skin and, thanks to transdermal absorption, contributes to particularly deep moisturisation. It is stored long-term in the skin's connective tissue and helps to repair damaged cells.

To achieve a perfect balance between short-term and long-term effects, we use high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (≥ 1500 kD), low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (≤ 50 kD) and oligohyaluronic acid (≤ 3 kD) with an extremely low molecular weight. Hyaluron has the ability to bind large amounts of water and plump up the skin. The combination of long- and short-chain hyaluronic acids allows both the superficial epidermis and deep skin layers to be hydrated.

A true all-rounder, caprylyl glycol – naturally derived from coconut oil – allows us to eliminate traditional preservatives such as parabens, formaldehyde, harmful alcohols and organohalogen compounds from the formulation. It moisturises the skin, extends the product’s shelf life and stability thanks to its antimicrobial properties, and also helps to emulsify it.
